- Description
- The Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate, on behalf of the Strategic Capabilities Office, is issuing a Request for White Papers (RWP) for Phase I of a prototype project for a Deployable Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV). The RWP is being issued under the prototype project other transactions authority of 10 U.S.C. § 2371b. Instructions for preparing and submitting white papers are included in the attached RWP. A draft DD254, detailing the security requirements for the prototype project, is planned to be posted later this week. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-JUN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
