The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001- SPAWAR07- LCS CSA RTI Connext DDS Secure, Developer Subscription MFG: Real-Time Innovations (RTI) P/N: 899-20-85-00-03 QTY: 7 Each ITEM 0002- SPAWAR11-MOCU4 RTI Connext DDS Secure, Developer Subscription MFG: RTI P/N: 899-20-85-00-03 QTY: 13 Each ITEM 0003- SPAWAR11-MOCU4 RTI Connext DDS Secure, Developer Subscription MFG: RTI P/N: 899-20-85-00-03 QTY: 3 Each ITEM 0004- MOCU4 Essential Support, Annual Subscription MFG: RTI P/N: 5037-69-00-51 QTY: 1 Each This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 511210 and the size standard is $38.5 Million.
