- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is PCDKWD20190611 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333924 with a small business size standard of 750.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-06-13 12:30:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be Pueblo, CO 81006 The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Stand-up Counterbalanced Forklift of the ESX 15S 3,000lb capacity that is a 36 volt system and is EE UL classified, must have a control of AC drive, lift and steer system. Upright height must be no less than standard MFH 130 inch OHL 88 inch FL 4.3 inch. Carriage must be 37 inch hook type class II. Sideshifter must be 37 inch class II - 8 inch total sideshaft. Load backrest must be 37 inch wide x 48 inch high - class II. Forks must be 36 inch x 4 inch x 1.5 inch. Mast tilt must be 6 deg back - 8 deg forward - non-standard. Hose adaptions must be single - 2 hoses(internal). Auxiliary control valve must be single function (2 hoses) - 7 GPM. Drive tires must be cushion rubber with the dimension of 18 x 7 x 12.12 - Lug. Steer tire must be a standard. Overhead guard must be86,5 inches standard overhead guard. Front work lights must be sealed beam headlights - OHG mounted. Warning lights must be amber strobe light - continuous. Travel alarm must be audible back-up alarm - smart type. Must have a maximum battery dimensions of 38.4 inches x 13.5 inches x 30.6 inches. Battery lead length must be SB350 grey - position "D" - 12 inch lead length, Paint color must be Clark Green. First Auxiliary Flow setting must be 2.5 GPM. Must have a maximum lift height of 188 inches. Must have a load center of 24 inches. Must have a freelift of 59 inches. Must have a right angle stack aisle of 64.5 inches. Must have a max travel speed of 7.3 MPH both with and without load. Service brake must be regenerative and parking brake must be Auto-Electro Magnetic. Steering must be hydrostatic. Control handle 3-function design needs to allow simultaneous operation of travel, lift or lower AND one other hydraulic function. Must have Integrated Mini-Thumbstick that controls Tilt and Side Shift + Auxiliary functions as well as Two-Way Fork Leveling.
