- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Technology Acquisition Center located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724, has awarded a modification to task order VA118-16-D-1026 36C10B19N10260036 with Pro-Sphere Tek, Inc., 1101 King Street, Alexandria, VA 22314 on June 11, 2019. The modification was issued on an other than full competition basis pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR16.505(b)(2)(i)(B), entitled Only one awardee is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services ordered are unique or highly specialized. The approved justification is posted as part of this award announcement. This modification is to provide continued support of the FSC during a statutory stay due to protest of the competed award through August 23, 2019.
