Description

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Acquisitions and Grant Services intends to award a sole source, firm fixed-price contract to Mesa Laboratories, Inc. for the exchance of calibrated probe sensors for the CheckPoint wireless temperature monitoring system currently in use at the Northeast Regional Laboratory. In order to maintain the lab’s Quality Management System (QMS), Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation (PJLA) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17025 accreditation for monitoring analytical critical control points, the lab requires calibration exchange service for the wireless temperature monitoring system probes currently installed in the laboratory. The calibrated probe exchange service shall include replacement of the existing probes and sensors with newly calibrated ones assigned to varying instruments and equipment throughout the laboratory. See attachment for further information.
