- This notice announces the intent by the Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific in support of Tripler Army Medical Center to procure July surgeries for the Department of Surgery at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Specifically the government intends to procure July surgeries manufactured by Depuy Synthes Sales dba Depuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction, 700 Orthopaedic Dr., Warsaw, IN 46582-3994.
