- **ALL FIRMS ARE INSTRUCTED NOT TO CALL THE INDIVIDUAL VA MEDICAL CENTERS REQUESTING MORE INFORMATION. ** CONSTRUCTION PROJECT 605-17-500, LL - Renovate Bldg 31 1st Floor CONST, Loma Linda VA Health Care System (LLVAHCS) has a requirement for the renovation portions of Building 31 Oncology Center. The intent of the procurement is to award a firm-fixed price construction contract. Work includes, but is not limited to: all labor, materials, tools, equipment, engineering, and services including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the Interior Renovation of Building 31 Oncology Center. The Statement of Work (SOW) defines the effort required for the completion of work. The Government will not reimburse the firm for their proposal preparation cost. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend a site visit; date, time and location of site visit still to be determined. Information regarding the site visit will be indicated in the solicitation when posted. All offerors are urged and expected to attend. Due to anticipated response and limited space, please limit the number of attendees in your group Statement of Work, Specifications, and Drawings will be issued as attachments to the future full solicitation publication. This notice is issued by NCO-22 Gilbert, Located in Phoenix Arizona. However, work be performed at the following VA facility: LOMA LINDA VA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM (LLVAHCS): VAMC: 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92357 This construction project will be solicited as a Total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS code) for this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Small Business concerns for this NAICS code have a size standard of $36.5M. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price construction contract. The period of performance of the contract is expected to be 270 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (inclusive of product lead time), with no options included. The anticipated Range of Magnitude for this project, in accordance with VAAR 836.204 is projected to be: Between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. It is anticipated that a Solicitation will be issued in July, 2019. It is strongly recommended that interested parties register in the US Department of Veterans Affairs Vet Biz database and the Small Business Administration (SBA) database. Registration may be accomplished at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ and www.sba.gov/, respectively. The Government will not pay any costs for responses submitted.
