- Description: ASRC, Arctic Slope Regional Corporation Communications, LTD under the BOS contract FA3002-16-C-0004 is contemplating the issue of solicitation Construct Parking Lot Cover at FacilityF421. The statement of work shall consist of the Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, consumable materials, supplies, tools and other items to complete the construction listed in the scope of work. All quotes will include all shipping charges for completion of the project. The contractor shall coordinate all work with ASRCC Operations Engineering Office before starting any work. The below list of items are to be considered the general scope of work for this project. The work covered under this statement of work shall consist of the following: Construct covered parking over existing parking spaces with prefabricated metal canopies, colored according to The Base Architectural Standards. Submit color pallet for approval of colors. Construct covered parking foundation within the existing parking median. Construct covered parking structure with code compliant prefabricated metal panels in a "T" type construction. The structure must cover 2 rows of 19 parking stalls. The approximate dimensions are 45-ft wide x 195-ft long.Minimum opening side height should be 8'- 0" to accommodate full-sized pickup trucks. Clean site to preconstruction conditions or better. The contractor shall provide a standard 1 year contractors warranty for all labor and material from date of the base's acceptance of completion. Quotes to include not less than prevailing wage labor rate for Garfield County, OK. Proposals to be good for a minimum of 180 days. Owner reserves the right to reject any bid, which does not completely satisfy the scope of work above. The Contractor shall obtain an approved Air Force Form 103, BASE CIVIL ENGINEERING WORK CLEARANCE REQUEST before beginning any below grade work. The Contractor is responsible for repairing any utility damaged during construction.
