- Amendment #1 changes the gradation of the shoulder aggregate, provides a map of decking locations of merchantable timber, clarifies the final location of the chipped slash, clarifies subgrade tolerances, clarifies the sign installation, clarifies the utilities, clarifies traffic control restrictions during paving operations, and adds a secondary waste disposal area on the south end of the project. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE. The project begins at Milepost 0.0, the intersection with Warm Lake Highway and ends at Milepost 3.2, the intersection with NFSR 474. The project site can be reached from Cascade, Idaho by taking Warm Lake Highway east for approximately 27 miles to the junction of NFSR 427.
