- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has a requirement for Chip Conversion Services for the Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC). Please see attached RFQ for requirement details. The procurement is being awarded as a firm-fixed-price (FFP) requirement, utilizing Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items (FAR Subpart 13.5). The RFQ is being solicited utilizing Small Business Set-Aside Procedures.
