- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number W911S7-19-Q-0009. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 336111, Automobile Manufacturing. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is 1500 Employees. All offers are to remain valid for a period of 60 days. Basis for Award; The Government will award a contract from this solicitation to the lowest priced offeror that meets the minimum needs of the Government IAW this solicitation.
