- Project Title: 657A5-19-114, Repair Building 16 Roof Scope of Work The contractor shall provide all the labor, materials, equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE) and expertise for the installation of a new roof on building 16 at the Marion VA Medical Center (VAMC). All work will be performed in accordance with this SOW, all local, state, and federal codes, and all VA requirements.
