- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Project Title: EEG Brain Monitor System Announcement No.: 36C25519Q0362 The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to award a sole source delivery order under NAC Contract, 36C79718D0330, to Natus Medical Incorporated to add a 2nd Brain Monitor System at the Columbia VAMC. The NAICS code is 334510 with a Classification Code of 6525. This is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability packages no later than 10:00 a.m. CST, May 15, 2019 to paul.dixon@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response to this notice.
