- This is not a Request for Project Proposal; this announcement is solely for planning purposes. A project award will not be made under this announcement. The Government intends to announce a Request for Project Proposal (RFPP) for execution of a project award(s) in support of Defense Arsenal Automotive (DA2) research and for award under Project Agreement 020 (DA2-PA020). The purpose of this announcement is to provide members of the Defense Automotive Technologies Consortium (DATC), and industry in general, advanced notification of Government intent.
