- This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. Naval Supply Center (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk ™s intent of this announcement is to identify software that can meet the same capabilities as the software prescribed in the section below in support of the Center for Surface Combat Systems. This announcement constitutes a sources sought for written information only. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and a contract will not be awarded from of this announcement. This announcement is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response. Anticipated NAICS Code The applicable NAICS code and size standard will be 511210 “ Software Publishers and $38.5M. Respondents should provide their business size in potential NAICS. Reponses to this Sources Sought request should reference N0018919Q0249 and shall include the following information in this format: 1. Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, fax number and email address. 2. Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code. 3. If the product can be solicited from NASA SEWP or alternative suggested vehicles. 4. Size of business - Large Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantage, 8(a), Hubzone, Woman-owned and/or Service Disabled Veteran-owned, etc. 5. Capability statement displaying the contractor ™s ability to provide the software below (i.e., authorized seller/re-seller), or the ability to provide a comparable software that meets all capabilities of the sought out software (as prescribed below). 6. Include any other supporting documentation. 7. Comments or suggested changes to the Governments NAICS Determination and/or SOW Software/Requirement: (1) TITANIUM-LINUX-PT01 - TITANIUM (w/ Trueboot) Software Development Kit (SDK) (10) TITANIUM-LINUX-SM01- TITANIUM (w/ Trueboot) Runtime Security Modules Software Engineer “ Product tailoring, integration, and configuration support (Approx. 864 hrs.) Please see draft SOW for further capabilities/deliverables of the current requirement. Documentation of technical expertise and product descriptions must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. Standard company brochures will not be reviewed. Submissions are not to exceed ten (10) typewritten pages in no less than 12 font size.
