- This posting is to synopsize the award of Purchase Order M68450-19-P-X004. This requirement was for Heavy Equipment Lease Services to the Task Force 51-5 at Arta Beach, Djibouti. This requirement was solicited via email RFQ to the local vendor base under authority of FAR Part 13. The solicitation was not set aside for Small Businesses under authority of FAR 19.000(b). Three quotes were received in response to the RFQ. Please see the attached award document. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
