- On April 25, 2019, Georgia Tech Applied Research Corporation was awarded a cost-plus-fixed fee contract, HC102819C0008, for development and deployment of the Secure Integration Cloud, the Joint Access Database Environment and the encompassing system architecture known as Secure Web Services. The award value is $48,248,311. The total evaluated price is $56,646,241, which includes pricing for the Government's right to extend the contract by six months in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. The competition status was a sole source award to Georgia Tech via open market. The Head of Contracting Activity approved a Justification and Approval (J&A) for Other Than Full and Open Competition, which is attached to this announcement, on April 19, 2019. The Request for Proposal (HC102819R0039) was sent directly to GTRI on April 19, 2019. The period of performance is April 28, 2019 through April 27, 2021, consisting of a 12-month base period and two 6-month option periods. The service code is R425, Support - Professional: Engineering/Technical. The place of performance is at the contractor's facility at 505 10th Street, Atlanta, GA 30332. The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, 2300 East Drive, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, 62225, is the contracting activity.
