- On March 27, 2019 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a sole source indefinite delivery indefinite quantity services contract to The Boeing Company, St. Louis, MO for the FY 19 through FY 23 requirements for post-production support (PPS) for the T/AV-8B Harrier Aircraft pursuant of the authority provided by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
