- DLA is soliciting to establish an unrestricted Firm-fixed, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), Long Term Contract (LTC) with a base period of one year and four, one-year option periods. The total duration of the IQC shall not exceed five years. The solicitation is for support for multiple DoD weapon systems.
