- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort McCoy, has a requirement to construct a pre-cast concrete arch river crossing at Fort McCoy, WI. The solicitation for this requirement will be issued as an Invitation for Bid using the procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a firm fixed price type contract. The anticipated period of performance end date will be no later than 15 June 2020.
