End users are able to customize their workout program Comprhensive expandable database that includes 2,000+ instructional articles, videos and step-by-step workout guides. Easy navigations that includes clear menu structure, drop-down boxes, and cross-linking streamline access to resources Each licensee can log into the platform on any web-enabled device to create and update their profile, view and customize workouts, and manage personal account settings.
