Description

04/29/2019: See attached updated Amendment 8. Please utilize the updated Wage Determination for bidding purposes. 4/05/2019: See attached Amendment along with 3 other attachments for details. 3/27/2019: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the sealed bid opening until May 2, 2019 at 10:00 local AZ time. The purpose of this extension is that the wall and landscaping shall be included in the bid as mandatory base bid items to be considered for award. Updated specifications for the wall and landscaping will be posted on or about April 3, 2019. This is a courtesy notice to inform all interested parties of the extension, and that no bid that does not include the base bid plus the wall and landscaping will be considered. The evaluated estimate limit for all 3 items shall remained unchanged at $3,849,400. Please note this is a Sealed Bid. The IFB is attached as an attachment in FBO. The following project is for a 61 space FAMCAMP and service building. There are also four (4) additive items that shall be priced. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
