- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 effective 20 Dec 2018, Defense Procurement Notice 20190215 effective 15 Feb, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018. This procurement is being issued as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 481211 with a size standard of 1,500 Employees. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so.
