- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is 36C24419Q0624 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code is 334510, and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Lebanon VA Medical Center, Lebanon, PA has a brand name or equal requirement for Patient Simulator Equipment. A PDF copy of solicitation 36C24419Q0624 is attached, and should be downloaded for all details, required specifications, and requirements for submission of quotes. Completion is required as outlined in the solicitation document. Quotes are to be submitted FOB Destination Only, with delivery and installation to take place at the Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 South Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042.
