Project Scope: For the purchase and delivery of CARDIOSAVE Hybrid Intra-Aortic Balloon pumps and related accessories (see package requirements below). Package should include: Provides the following modes or equivalent: 4-CARDIOSAVE Hybrid pumps 4-CARDIOSAVE Blood Pressure Transducer Adaptor Cable 4-CARDIOSAVE ECG Trunk Cable 4-AAMI CARDIOSAVE ESIS Lead Wires 50 u 5 Lead (Op RM) 4-AAMI Helium refillable tanks, 104L 1-CARDIOSAVE TRAINER 4-CRDSVE Mcare BZE Plan On-site assembly and installation Available 24-hour remote support Initial clinical education 24-hour clinical support Trade-in Value N/A Warranty and Support. The one-year warranty and MCare BZE plan must cover all components of the requirement in accordance with standard manufacturer s warranty. Delivery Location: Chief, Logistics Service Eugene J.
