This solicitation may result in an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR 13.5 for a base period (3 years) plus two one-year option years for total contract duration of 5 years. The item description contains ARGO TURBOSERVE CORPORATION, CAGE 7Y333, P/N 36A162439FF001 as the acceptable source. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 159 days after receipt of order. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 19 each for the base and option periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
