- The United States Coast Guard Waterways Commerce Cutter (WCC) program manager and sponsor's representative will deliver a presentation in the Coast Guard booth (#1041) at the Sea-Air-Space exposition in National Harbor, Maryland, May 7, 2019 at 2 p.m. EDT. The presentation will include information about the WCC program as well as a question-and-answer session.
