- Page 2 of 2 NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Pentacam AXL Camera System The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 1, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Oculus, Incorporated, 17721 59th Avenue NE, Arlington, Washington 98223-1337, for 3 Pentacam AXL Camera Systems for the Togus VAMC located at 1 VA Center, Augusta, ME 04330. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) soliciting from a single source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available. Contractors with the ability to provide the stated equipment shall provide a capability statement which includes: business name, point of contact, Duns #, business size status with socio-economic designation, proof of certified 3rd party status (if other than manufacturer), a statement of item availability, and past sales history for this equipment or similar. A determination not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. NAICS Code: 339112 Surgical Medical Instrument Manufacturing / 1000 Employees. Responses received by 3:00 pm EST on 05/03/2019 will be considered by the Government.
