- NIWC Pacific has issued a Task Order to MANTECH ADVANCED SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL, in the amount of $1,272,464.22; without providing for fair opportunity in accordance with 16.505. NIWC Pacific hereby provides the justification for an exception to Fair Opportunity for the placement of an order under a Multiple Award Contract (MAC) as required by FAR 16.505(b)(2) and FAR 5.301.
