- This is a Sources Sought synopsis only. This notice is not a solicitation and there will not be a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued at this time. This notice is a market research tool only, to determine the availability of qualified Small Business sources. The Kansas City District, US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking qualified Small Business (SB) vendors which primarily perform work under the NAICS classification 237310 "Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction." The applicable Small Business size standard is $36.5M. Work will be performed in the following states.
