- ---------SOURCES SOUGHT FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES-------- NO PHONE CALLS The Contracting Office, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Jacksonville, Florida is seeking interested, capable, and responsible sources to fulfill an anticipated requirement to provide full food (galley) operations at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Interested sources are requested to respond to this notice, no later than 10:00 AM (Eastern), Friday, May 3, 2019. Respondents are welcome and encouraged to submit a capability statement to robert.s.edwards1@navy.mil no later than the date and time specified above. Respondents are cautioned however, that their responses shall be limited to 10 pages, and one single attachment. Any page(s) above number 10 will be discarded. Respondents are cautioned to only submit one single attachment with their email. Respondents will not be able to get around the 10-page limit by submitting multiple 10 page documents. If the email contains multiple attachments, you are hereby informed that the reviewing contracting official will only download and print the first attachment. All subsequent attachments will be ignored. Respondents are encouraged to review the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS).
