- This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for informational purposes to identify vendors capable of performing tasks associated with the range of services described in the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO). This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP). It is not to be interpreted as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as quotes/proposals nor will an award be made as a result of this RFI. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this request for information. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
