- The USPFO for Connecticut intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for project CEKT179058, constructing an aircraft deice pad for C-130 aircraft by utilizing conventional design and construction methods to accommodate the mission of the facility, in accordance with the drawings and specifications, at Bradley Air National Guard Base in East Granby, CT. Funds are not presently available for this procurement. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $36,500,000.00. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This project is unrestricted and has not been set-aside for 8a, small business or other socio-economic groups.
