- The Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i)). The proposed source is Assessment Associates International (AAI), 11100 Wayzata Blvd Ste 540, Minnetonka, MN 55305-5575. The requirement is for conducting abstract reasoning/fluid intelligence testing by way of AAI's Abstract Reasoning Test as a potential addition to the Aviation Selection Test Battery (ASTB). The tests will be taken by flight students at Naval Aerospace Medical Institute (NAMI) over a five month period. Trained industrial-organizational psychology consultants will work with the Operational Psychology Department at NAMI to tailor the test specifically to the needs of the Navy's aviation testing program and assist with data analysis.
