- Sole Source. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Hood, Texas, intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Ignite Fueling Innovation, Inc. located at 530C, Discovery Dr NW, Huntsville, AL 35806. TRAC-WSMR is the principle operations research activity for the U.S. Army Futures Command Research and Analysis Center and conducts analyses and studies that provide senior decision makers with information necessary to make decisions regarding proposed concepts, requirements, capabilities, and programs. TRAC-WSMR conducts studies and analyses of the joint, integrated, combined arms battlefield, and focuses on issues related to doctrine, organization, training, and material. TRAC support operations analysis, and analysis of current operation related to leader developments, doctrine, organization, logistics, material, and Soldier systems. To accomplish these tasks TRAC-WSMR develops, maintains, and operated selected warfighting models. The contracted support provides personnel, expertise, and skills required to support TRAC-WSMR missions related to analysis, studies, modeling and simulation, physical security and technical reports office.
