- The ECfM Program provides a logical model of the Information Technology (IT) infrastructure by identifying, controlling, maintaining and verifying the version of all CIs within the JSP Ecosystem. Also, the ECfM Program accounts for all IT assets; provides accurate information to support the other Service Management processes; provides a sound basis for the Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management Programs; and verifies records against the infrastructure.
