- The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Office of Energy Management (COMDT (CG-46)) is conducting market research regarding the implementation of an automated fuel inventory management system to support ordering, requisitioning, receipt, transfer, and issue of fuel as well as track and monitor the physical inventory of fuel storage. Services at the Pilot sites referenced in the RFI are being peformed under contract number GS35F0549L / 70Z02318FPEY00100.
