- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W9115119Q0064 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532490 with a small business size standard of $32.50M. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-03-19 11:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Statement of Work. The MICC Fort Hood requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: Two 1000 Gallon Fuel Truck (DS2) Description of Services: As described in attachment 001 and the PWS Salient characteristics, the fuel truck shall be capable of holding a minimum 1000 gallons of Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) fuel. The storage tank shall be delivered empty and purged. The Fuel Truck shall come with an automatic transmission. The Fuel Truck shall have the capability for bottom loading and come with a D1 adapter. The Fuel Truck, tank and equipment shall be in compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations. The contractor shall label their equipment near the fuel tank with the wording Diesel Fuel Only. The Government shall provide qualified drivers to operate the Fuel Truck. The Fuel Trucks shall be topped off with diesel fuel upon deliver and the US government shall not be charged for returning the vehicle unfueled.
