- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 12) Great Lakes Acquisition Center is anticipates entering into sole source procurement with Richard Wolf Medical Instruments Corporation for a Fiber Naso-Pharyngo Laryngoscope Full Service Agreement for the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center located in Chicago, IL. The authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. Other entities may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement no later than three business days after this notice is posted. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interest entities submitting a response to this notice must do so no later than three business days after this notice is posted for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received because of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available.
