- The MARFORCOM satellite Contracting Office, Hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to Trailblazer Innovations, Inc. 14120 Sullyfield Circle, Suite J Chantilly, VA 20151 (Cage Code: 4TW39)on a Sole Source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. Market research has revealed this contractor is the only authorized vendor capable the required services. Therefore, the government intends to procure these services on a sole source basis from Trailblazer Innovations, Inc., the sole manufacturer and holds proprietary rights. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within discretion of the government.
