- This is a Request for Information and Sources Sought Notice for Market Research purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, QUOTATION OR BID. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. The United States Property & Fiscal Office (USPFO) for Connecticut is seeking information regarding capability and availability of potential small business sources to Refinish Two Aviation Hangar Floors of a Connecticut Army National Guard facility, for the 1109th Theater Aviation Sustainment Maintenance Group(TASMG), located in GROTON, CT. Period of Performance is for 2 months beginning June 2019. The work shall include removal of existing floor finishes as noted, preparation of floor surfaces for new finishes, furnishing and applying proposed floor finishes for approximately 55,500 SQ FT, in accordance with the product manufacturers printed application instructions. Total floor preparation and coating application, including sealants and caulking, shall be performed in one continuous phase.
