- The Naval Supply Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL intends to solicit for a requirement to provide Personal Care and Support Services for the Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB), Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Detailed information is provided on the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement will be solicited as a Small Business Set Aside. The period of performance will be a base year plus four (4) one year options. Industry day is scheduled for 14-17 May, 2019. Specific details of the industry day will be provided to those interested in attending. Attendance will be at the expense of the Offeror. Visitors to the Naval Station will be required to fill out a Naval Station Entry Clearance Request. Please email your interest to attend the industry day no later than 1300 (Eastern Time) on April 4th, 2019. A draft solicitation with technical exhibits will be provided until after the site visit has concluded. Information provided in the draft solicitation is subject to change. It Is anticipated that Solicitation N6883619R0014 will be posted to NECO in June of 2019. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) non-personal services Requirements contract. NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED OVER THE PHONE. PLEASE EMAIL ALL QUESTIONS TO: Kathleen.m.moorman@navy.mil as the Government will not accept or distribute hard copy feedback or amendments. There is no deadline for questions during the Request For Information process. The earlier questions are submitted; the faster answers will be provided in amendments. Subsequent amendments will be transmitted solely via the NECO or FEDBIZOPPS web site. Prospective Offerors are responsible for checking NECO or FEDBIZOPPS early and often for updates. Prospective Offerors should not expect notification that an amendment has been issued.
