- NON-PERSONAL SERVICES FOR NWS KEY WEST WFO TO REPLACE PARKING LOT LIGHTING & BUILDING FACADE EXTERIOR UP-LIGHTING AT KEY WEST, FL This is a pre-solicitation notice to provide services to replace parking lot lighting and building façade exterior up-lighting at the National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Service Office (WFO) at Key West, FLO as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 238210. The small business size standard is $15.0 M. Performance period shall be completed 180 days from contract award date for Key West, FL. Pursuant to FAR Part 36; the magnitude of this construction project is: Between $25,000 and $100,000. In order to receive an award, the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in the System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on March 18, 2019 and quotes are due by March 28, 2019 no later than 12:00 p.m. MT. A site visit can be scheduled by contacting William Martinez at 305-632-2477 or e-mail at William.Martinez@noaa.gov no later than March 15, 2019. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
