- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of Woodward Governor amplifier assy case and caover assy for hydraulic amplifier model 9900-607 to be negotiated on a sole source basis with Woodward Governor Company / Governor Control Systems, Inc., per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
