- Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS), Marlborough, Mass, was awarded a $72,463,134 firm-fixed-price, cost-only, cost-plus-fixed-fee letter contract for production engineering services, special test equipment, technical manual development, and spares for the AEGIS FCS MK99 system. This contract will be performed IDS - Andover, MA 66.2%: Material, Operations, ISC Labor, Quality IIS - Chesapeake, VA 14.7%: AMOD ORDALTs IDS - Marlboro, MA 13.7%: PMO, Finance, Engineering, ILS IDS - Portsmouth, RI 3.7%: Cables and DAC Production IIS - San Diego, CA 1.8% : MK99 Transformers IIS - Burlington, MA.4% : Tech Manual development and completed by September 2022. Funding in the amount of $22,975,534 was obligated at the time of award. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), this contract was no competitively procured.
