- A special notice was previously posted by Army Contracting Command - Orlando (ACC-Orlando) on FBO.gov using solicitation number "W900KK-MTC2_Questions_Answers" entitled "MT-C2." This posting provided a draft RFP and a couple rounds of Questions & Answers for firms interested in providing the Medical Training Command and Control Requirement. On, 22 February 2019, ACC-Orlando updated this posting to inform the public that the General Services Administration (GSA) would be conducting this procurement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
