This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53214-1476 is seeking to upgrade a four-sided digital sign located outside of the Buckley Road entrance of the James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC). The dimensions of the sign must match the 1680mm x 720mm (pre-cut hole in the brick pedestal) and the sign must interface with Epic Software with PSD100. This will include any necessary installation. The Contractor shall furnish all materials to repair/replace the digital sign onsite.
