- The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Region IX is issuing this Request for Quote(RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12, 13, and 19 (Acquisition of Commercial Items, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Small Business Programs) for rental of forklifts and accessories in support of DR-4404 Super Typhoon Yutu for use at the Sharpe Staging Yard located at 700 East Roth Road Bldg 330 French Camp, CA 95231. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101 dated October 26, 2018. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
