For request for solicitation, provide your name, the Company Name, CAGE Code, and a Telephone Number. PRON: AX9F1865AX. The Government proposes a one-time buy of 300 SHOCK ABSORBER, DIRE, NSN: 1620-01-421-0890, Part Number: 70250-13101-044 applicable to the BLACKHAWK HELICOPTER weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing (FAT) is 540 Days after Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. PLT without FAT is 360 DACA with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA, 17070-5002. This item is restricted to: ROTAIR INDUSTRIES INC., CAGE CODE: 54878 and BEMSCO INC., CAGE CODE: 29560. This part is required engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain quality of the part. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the PROCUREX system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: www.dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
