- The 436 MXS Aircraft Structural Maintenance section requests the procurement of WichiTech hot bond composite repair systems and accessories. A full list of required accessories can be found in the Statement of Need. All of the work is to be completed IAW the attached Statement of Need. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
